Ohio Building Services has been around since 1978; which is a long time in this business. We believe in a hands on approach. Lina Orr and Steve Statman are the owners, when you call, you talk to them.

At Ohio Building Services we pride our self on the fact that we are a custom janitorial service. We do not like to provide blind bids over the phone. Instead we like to visit your facility and talk with you to determine your specific needs, then develop a custom plan tailored for your facility.

Ohio Building Services provides a full range of services. Whether you have an office building, a manufacturing facility, medical offices, fitness club, or anything in-between, we can provide the services you need, from a few days a week to 24 hours a day.

In addition to providing full service janitorial services we also specialize and are experts in - Hard floor refinishing - Carpet cleaning  (IICRC certified) - One time specialty cleaning.
